Retrieves before it answers
Each question starts with a search of a curated legal corpus. The answer is built from what was found, not from memory.
JurisGPT for the UAE · Early access
Keep each agreement, its evidence, your review decisions and the working draft in one matter, with the applicable legal regime in view from the first document to the approved export.
Early access · India and UAE · Every answer traced to its source

Clause 8 · Version 2
“Either party may terminate this agreement by giving thirty days’ written notice to the other party.”
A source passage supports review. It is not a legal conclusion or sign-off.
What is JurisGPT
JurisGPT is a citation-grounded legal research assistant and matter workspace for law firms and in-house teams in India and the UAE. It finds the relevant law, answers with citations, and keeps your documents, findings and drafts together.
Each question starts with a search of a curated legal corpus. The answer is built from what was found, not from memory.
Statutes, sections and judgments are cited so you can open the passage and check it yourself.
Every answer says how much evidence supports it, and where the limits are.
If the corpus doesn't contain the answer, JurisGPT tells you instead of guessing.
Jurisdiction is a hard retrieval filter, not a hint in a prompt. Indian and UAE sources live in separate corpora, so a search in one country can never return the other’s law.
Current corpus snapshot, selected sources only. See the coverage notes below.
Why it matters
Lawyers can only rely on what they can verify. JurisGPT shows the passage, the version and the limits behind every result.
The JurisGPT Assistant
The assistant retrieves the relevant law first, answers with citations, states how confident it is, and tells you when it does not know.

India and UAE are searched separately: a UAE question is never answered from Indian law.
Choose a question to see how the assistant answers.
Illustrative example. Check the original source before relying on any result.
The platform
Research is only the start. Documents, evidence, drafts and people work together here, so the record is always complete.
Bring the client's agreements, amendments and instructions into one place, with every saved version and the colleagues working on them.
Who can see this matter
Ask a legal question and get an answer built from the relevant statutes and judgments, with the passage behind each citation.
Source excerptCentral ActSection 10
“All agreements are contracts if they are made by the free consent of parties competent to contract, for a lawful consideration and with a lawful object…”
The Indian Contract Act, 1872 · Check the original and any amendments before relying on it.
Public law and your client files are kept apart. Use public or hypothetical facts here.
Record your analysis in an evidence table, turn an approved review into a working memorandum and compare saved versions side by side.
Compare version 2 and version 3
Either party may terminate on thirty (30) days’ written notice.
Either party may terminate on sixty (60) days’ written notice.
How it works
Six steps, one thread. Documents, passages and decisions stay attached to the matter, so nobody has to reconstruct what happened.
Review and draft approvals are separate. Your team approves an exact saved version; workflow approval does not certify legal accuracy or current law.
Open a matter and upload the agreements, amendments and client instructions.
Search the files and read each passage in its original context.
Log what you found in a review table, tied to the exact version.
Turn an approved review into a working memorandum.
Edit, save a version and get the draft approved separately.
Download the exact saved DOCX or TXT your team approved.

Keep Indian research and commercial document work together, with selected central-law source passages to inspect.
Current-law and amendment verification remain incomplete. Case-law and state-specific coverage are limited.

Security and trust
Law firms hold confidential material. Here is exactly what exists today, and what we have not yet independently verified.
Password sign-in with server-tracked sessions that can be revoked, with credentials held in host-only HttpOnly cookies.
Private API requests are checked against the signed-in account before they are forwarded.
Workspace and matter roles control who can view, edit and manage work.
State-changing browser requests are checked for origin, Fetch Metadata and a required application header.
Rate limits apply across the API, plus a per-IP limit on the public demo.
Content-Security-Policy, HSTS, X-Frame-Options DENY and other hardening headers on every frontend response.
